Lamborghini’s New $3.9 Million Veneno Supercar
A Lamborghini Venenos automobile, produced by Automobili Lamborghini SpA, on display on the first day of the 83rd Geneva International Motor Show in Geneva, Switzerland, on Tuesday, March 5, 2013
On Monday, Italian carmaker Lamborghini introduced its Veneno supercar, a 750-horsepower beast whose $3.9 million price tag immediately makes it one of the most expensive cars ever produced, putting the $2.4 million Bugatti Veyron and the McLaren F1 (a mere $1 million, although they’re tough to find) in the shade.Attention, McLaren and Bugatti: the gauntlet has been thrown.

Subaru BRZ
Few cars have inspired as much hope as the Subaru BRZ: Hope that cars can still be unvarnished, affordable, and directly connected to the road and the driver. The BRZ isn't overwhelmingly powerful, it doesn't raise the bar on tech -- hell, it barely meets it in many areas -- but it's a lot of fun to drive in a classic fashion that harkens to the 240Z, 2000GT, and S2000.
We did a video on the Scion FR-S a while back, but waited for a BRZ to arrive for the real performance romp because these stablemates are more Subie than Toyota: Boxer engine and basic Impreza platform are its DNA. I think you'll enjoy our hopeful video.
Audi R8 GT
Consider the R8 lineup complete, or at least symmetrical for now. With the addition of this lightened R8 GT Spyder, Audi has balanced the coupe and convertible sides with three models each: the V-8 cars, the V-10s, and the more-powerful V-10 GT versions. As was the case with the GT coupe, only 333 GT Spyders will be produced for worldwide consumption.
